- We accept all QR Code outlets (UPS / Happy Returns, FedEx, USPS, Staples, Whole Foods) except DHL & Amazon Store.
- You do not need packaging if the QR Code is for Whole Foods.
- Sometimes, you can assist the customer in changing the QR Code option to a label or a different QR Code option that we can accept.
- We cannot provide tracking numbers for QR Codes.
- Notwithstanding, UPS QR Codes beginning in UNPK- usually have the tracking number after the UNPK. FedEx QR Codes also usually provide the tracking number when scanned with your camera.
- If the package is for USPS, you can visit the label broker website and acquire the label if you have the zip code of the return initiator's address.
- Some FedEx and UPS return emails have links to access a label instead of the QR Code or barcode.
- TEMU returns usually have a tab to switch from the QR Code to a label.
Steps - What's the expiration date of the QR Code? At least one week out.
- What outlet is the QR Code for?
- Send the QR Code to the store's email.
- Collect the customer's name, address, phone number, and email address (can be obtained from QR Code email).
- Add a memo noting the outlet and the RMA ID / Code number if available.
- Print two copies of the QR Code and two copies of the receipt.
- Attach or staple one receipt to one QR code printout and keep for store records.
- Attach the other printout, along with the receipt, to the package.
- Write your store number, the QR Code outlet, and note the expiration date somewhere on the package.
- Charge for packaging separately if required.
